from September to May.

MOPPETS

Many generous volunteers help us with child care, parking lot assistance and meeting setup They are our wonderful MOPPETS who make it possible to spend some "mommy" time away  from our kids If you are interested in volunteering, please call the church office at 658-7447.

OUTINGS

Outside of our meetings, we schedule outings for MOPS Moms and their children to fun activities such as the zoo, the Children's Museum of the Sierra in Oakhurst, local parks and more.

MOPS would like to invite all moms with children from infants to kindergarten to join us for food, fellowship and small group discussions. We meet in the Main Sanctuary classrooms at Yosemite Lakes Community Church in Coarsegold. Childcare is provided.

We are part of MOPS international, a program designed to nurture mothers with children from infancy through kindergarten MOPS groups meet in churches throughout the United States, Canada, and 19 other countries The women are of many ages and backgrounds, but share the same desire - to be the best mothers they can be   MOPS is about.

The Coarsegold and Oakhurst MOPS groups are charters of MOPS International. MOPS International exists to meet the needs of every mom - urban, suburban, and rural moms, stay-at-home and working moms, teen, single, and married moms - moms with different lifestyles who all share a similar desire to be the very best moms they can be! MOPS recognizes that the years from infancy through kindergarten are foundational in a mother-child relationship and are filled with unique needs.
